About Me
Hello! My name is Whitney. I attended the Healing Arts Academy here in Lexington, KY. I have been a practicing licensed massage therapist for seven years, as well as a NASM certified personal trainer for over two years. I specialize in deep tissue massage, medical massage, sports massage and cupping therapy. I combine my knowledge & intuition with my skill set and customize every massage towards your needs. I started my journey in healing long before I enrolled in LHAA, due to my own personal injuries. My injuries inspired me to learn more about the human body, for which I am grateful. It has led me on a path towards assisting people on their own healing journey.

I have been an LMT for 7+ years. I have worked with a huge variety of clients over the years, and continue to try and improve the world, one session at a time. I specialize in medical, therapeutic, sports, and orthopedic manual therapy. Deep pressure is no issue for me and my preference when I work. Cupping and Massage gun are extra services offered.
